1. Who we are

Mammrlla (Pty) Ltd ("we") builds WhatsApp assistants and business automation. We are the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) for the demo conversations on our WhatsApp lines.

2. What we collect

What you send in a demo conversation: your WhatsApp number, chosen language, and any details you enter while trying a demo (for example a name, a vehicle description or a booking request). Demo bookings are illustrative — no real appointment is made.

3. Why we collect it

• To run the demo you asked for and keep your place in the conversation.
• To follow up with you about Mammrlla's services if you asked us to, or if you entered the demo from one of our campaigns.
• To improve our assistants.

4. Opting out

Reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time and we will not contact you again. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.

5. Storage & sharing

Conversations are stored in our secured database (Google Cloud Firestore). We never sell your information and share it only with the service providers that host our systems.

6. Your rights

• Access, correction and deletion of your personal information.
• Complaint to the Information Regulator (South Africa) — inforegulator.org.za.
